WorkSource Atlanta Regional NextGen (Youth) Program

The WorkSource Atlanta Regional NextGen (Youth) Program is accepting applicants for its Social Welfare Program Initiative (SWPI), a program to prepare young adults to secure a future that relies on self-sufficiency through family sustaining wages. The initiative provides assistance to obtain a GED, job training and certification, paid work experience, transportation, mentorship and other supportive services. This is a FREE program for residents of Gwinnett and Clayton counties. Interested participants should be ages 18-24 who have dropped out of high school and are direct recipients of TANF, SNAP, WIC, Section 8 and/or Medicaid within the last six months.
